About The Gym

Reno Fitness Center is focused on providing a safe, comfortable, productive environment for people of all fitness levels to work out. Our members range from beginners to competitive champions and everything in between. The gym is home base to Master Body Building champions, Female Bikini and Figure competitors, three of the current reigning Toughman and Toughwoman champions, MMA fighters, boxers, Strongman competitors, marathon runners, triathletes and powerlifters. We have experts in Tough Mudder, Battle Frog and Spartan races. If you are interested in any of these activities, Reno Fitness Center can help you prepare and succeed!

Gym Policies

Dress Code

Proper athletic wear must be worn at all times. Health codes prohibit shirtless activity. No boots, jeans, or muddy shoes allowed.

Sanitize

Wipe off equipment with sanitizer when done with your exercise.

Music

Be courteous of others while using the stereo equipment. Profane or otherwise offensive music is not tolerated.

Courtesy

Members must be courteous while using equipment. All equipment must be returned to where the member retrieved it. All plates must be unloaded after use and returned to a weight rack.

Common Sense

Do not hang on the basketball rim.

Waiting

Let others work in when waiting on use of equipment.
