Our Personal Training Process
Evaluation
Reno Fitness Center personal trainers will work with you to identify your specific health and fitness goals. We assess your current fitness levels and identify your target so we can work toward achieving those targets.
Planning
When you work with a Certified Personal Trainer, they will provide you with a workout plan as well as eating guidelines to assure you are focusing on the right thing at the right time. Everyone is different and should approach a new fitness regimen according to current fitness levels. We will provide you with a program that will get you on track to achieve your goals based on your personal situation.
Hard Work
The hard part isn’t in the evaluation. The hard part comes when it is time to put the plan to action. Our trainers are here to help you discover your strength — both physical and mental. We will show you proper technique, which machines and exercises will work for you, and what you should focus on when.
Assessment
Throughout your training, your goals will change along with your body. Once you’ve achieved your first goal, do you have more that you want to pursue? What worked for you? What didn’t work? We can start over from where you are and set higher goals to keep you active and healthy, and most importantly interested and engaged. The last thing we want you to do is get bored with your workout.
To arrange for a personal trainer, please contact Debbie Piatt at 740.350.1059. You will be paired with a Certified Personal Trainer that is best suited to help you achieve your fitness goals. That trainer will contact you to make arrangements for an introductory meeting. Members are welcome to contact a trainer they know directly.
